In accordance with Maine’s food sovereignty laws, on-farm sales of raw milk are exempt from State of Maine licensing and inspection. Our milk is sold raw. It has not been pasteurized. Pasteurization destroys organisms that may be harmful to human health. Consuming raw milk carries inherent risks, including exposure to bacteria that can cause serious illness, especially for young children, the elderly, pregnant individuals, and those with weakened immune systems.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
The price is $3.00 per quart plus a $2.00 jar deposit. The deposit will be refunded when you return the jars (with lids). Or, you can bring your own jars to use/exchange and no deposit will be needed. Please contact us to make an appointment for pickup.
